ATTENTION! Article 72, regulations pertaining to the Residential Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention program are being amended and updated and will include new provisions dealing with EPA's Remodeling, Repair and Renovation Program (RRP) – The amended regulations are anticipated to be complete during 2009 and when officially published will be available at http://www.kshealthyhomes.org/regs.htm The regulations found on this page are those currently in effect which affect the Kansas Healthy Homes and Lead Hazard Prevention Program.
