Article 72,  regulations pertaining to the Residential Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention program are being amended and updated and will include new provisions dealing with EPA's Remodeling, Repair and Renovation Program (RRP) – The amended regulations are anticipated to be complete during 2009 and when officially published will be available at http://www.kshealthyhomes.org/regs.htm
